I just discovered Change The Thought’s shop via Apartment Therapy, and I really love this poster!  Not only is it very graphic, and therefore feels like artwork that you could look at (and live with!), but I love the sentiment.  The idea of thinking of the world and the people around me is something I like/need to remind myself of.  I also potentially have the perfect spot for it in my living room.

According to their shop their “prints come in rigid, super sturdy .125 thick reinforced tubes to prevent any damage during transit. Prints are crafted with the utmost attention to detail and each comes signed and numbered by the artist. Second edition prints will be marked as such. Color reproduction is true and bright always.”

In this month’s Elle Decor, there’s an adorable idea for a keepsake shadowbox. I’m obsessed with art wall installations as well as not having too many tzchotkes sitting around the house, so incorporating them into my art collection sounds like such a great idea!! And as you’ve probably already guessed as well, I love my pups and therefore the idea of turning their old collars into wall decor sounds like a GREAT idea!! This could easily be made with a shadowbox from the Ikea ribba collection (aprox cost $8) and a basic stainless hook from the hardware store ($2).  (I loved the room so much I had to show the entire thing…isn’t it gorgeous?!  I love that chest of drawers.)
